Celebrate with me: big changes at my little sticker shop!

Felicia Stickers by Pretty Stickin' Cute

Hey friends! So I don't usually like to talk about my sticker-passion-project, Pretty Stickin' Cute, but I'm making some pretty major changes and want you to be the first to get the scoop. (The logo is a popsicle - yay for ice cream puns?) I design and make everything. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I really, really try to offer unique stickers that you won't find anywhere else. As a creative entrepreneur, I want to do what hasn't been done yet. I want to put my own spin on whatever I can leave my mark on. Pretty Stickin' Cute has been an amazing, fun learning experience. If you've shopped my shop before - thank you, thank you, thank you! I hope you're as excited about these changes as I am!

1. First up: new lower prices. Woohoo! I've been able to improve my equipment and manufacturing times, allowing me to bring my prices down a bit, meaning you get more stickers for less $$$. Awww yeah!

2. Lowered domestic shipping. And "FREESHIP" gets you free shipping off $30+ forever. (Domestic only. Does not stack. Sorry. I'm not Michael's.)

Washi Grab Bags at Pretty Stickin' Cute

3. Limited stock: washi grab bags!

4. I'll be releasing the FIRST Pretty Stickin' Cute kit very soon. Want to see? Tempted by a teaser? Get this post over on the Facebook page to 20 likes, and I'll give up the goods. Go on, give us a Like, darling!

5. Speaking of new releases.. I want to start hosting Events for PSC (Pretty Stickin' Cute if you're not on the abbreviation boat yet). For sales, new releases, and who knows what else? After organizing The Reset Girl's Black Friday & Grand Shop Re-Opening Events, I'm eager to apply my ideas to my own business. It's a bit intimidating, to be honest. Could I ask for your support? Would you mind? It'd mean so much to me. Seriously. I love you!

6. I wish I could say more. I really do. I have this bad habit of releasing information about projects and products LONG before it's ready. It's my weakness. I get so excited and then if I lose passion or the project dies - it never happens. Yeah, it's the #1 thing on my list this year: follow-through. Follow it through, Chelley. C'mon, girl, get it together. What I can say is that I'm focusing on myself this year. 100%. Me, me, me. You can read a bit more about it in my latest Instagram post:
January. You were great. You gave me the time to create much-needed space. Planner peace has found me this year, darlings. Since day 1 of 2016, not a day has been missed or neglected in my planner. I simplified. And simplified some more. I'm still learning to say "no" to every attractive opportunity, but I am at last at the time in my life where all of my work is for me. I feel greedy and selfish (should I feel guilty? I refuse) in the best way possible. Self-care and planning are the two graces that guided me through the re-aligning of my life and priorities over the past few months, and January in particular. I've had my head down. I've been focusing on me. We're taught to feel bad about that. Don't. It's only through having your own needs met that you can freely give your best to those you care about and love. I still have my head down. I'm not ready to come back to the planner community quite yet. I'm working. I'm creating. And I wanted to share that with you. Do something for you today. Go ahead. Be selfish. And let it feel good. smiles, Chelley #selfcare #planning #trusttheprocess

Live your truth, darlings. Live your truth.

New Adventures

Welcome, darling

Hello there! I'm so glad you're here!

If you've just discovered my blog, welcome! You'll be joining me on the fresh start to exciting new things.

If you've been a long-time reader and possibly follower of mine on Instagram or subscriber on Youtube, you'll notice some pretty drastic changes.

  1. The old website is gone for ever. It was, quite honestly, a practical learning experiment. I'm grateful for that experience. And now it's time to nurture a new vision.
  2. All of my previous Youtube videos are gone as well. I do not feel they were providing tremendous value to anyone in particular, especially the planner community. Going forward, it is my goal to emphasize quality and usefulness in everything that I create for you.
  3. You'll notice many of my old Instagram posts are also gone, and I will continue to update all of my social media accounts to truly reflect myself and where I am at in my life.
4., from this point forward, will be a personal blog in the truest sense. You'll see behind-the-scenes of my personal life, including planning, entrepreneurship, mindfulness, wellbeing, lifehacking, self-development, etc - all of the creativity and nerdiness that I love! It'll be a way for you to get to know a side of me you might not know, friends. I'm excited! Are you?
  5. You'll also find a few services and products I'll be offering in 2016. It's my goal to become a coach focusing on creative business strategy
  6. My Etsy shop will also be receiving a makeover. All existing listings will be retiring or re-locating, and all future listings will be digital downloads.
  7. I'm working on creating a planning community just for you to share and teach my style of planning. I don't want to over-promise or over-share. Everything is in its baby stages. But it's all I think about!

Who am I, anyway?

I'm a creative entrepreneur, designer, and business strategist with a million ideas and a million planners. I love empowering dreamers to chase after their dreams with arms wide open, and I believe that with an excellent planner system and a healthy dose of grit, you can do anything. And with this sense of planner empowerment, I have created the Planner Darlings community, a group of planner enthusiasts who are focused less on the type of planner used - and more on what we do with them.
I openly struggle with depression, anxiety, and agoraphobia, and because of that, or perhaps in spite of that, I am determined to share the message that even in our struggles, we have the capacity to amaze ourselves with what we can do if only we try. And I am eternally grateful to the planner community for being the platform that first allowed me to try.

Oh no! Where did your freebies go?

Rest assured you will still be able to access all of the free planner printables I have created. I'm figuring out what the best platform for these will be.

If you're looking for the free planner page flags, you can now purchase improved physical sticker sheets at Merrit Elizabeth's shop! Use "PLANNERDARLINGS" for 15% off $10+!

And hey! If you haven't heard, I have a sticker shop - Pretty Stickin' Cute - focused on small planner stickers for Personal-sized or Midori planners. I love making and shipping out stickers! Use "OMGSTICKERS" for 10% off, no minimum!

When can I expect more updates?

That's a good question! Unfortunately, I don't have an answer right now. I'm sure you can understand my hesitancy to rush into these new projects without fully planning everything out. I may post updates either here, on my Facebook page, or in the Planner Darlings Facebook group

To my long-term friends and followers: thank you for your support. You have changed my life. I would not be where I am - happy, safe, creating, and dreaming - without you. Much love, always!
